Body Blitz: This is our most popular class! HIIT style workout that changes every day. It will hit every muscle group.
Cardio Kickboxing: A beat based class that involves kickboxing moves such as kicks, punches and more. This will shoot your heart rate up while having a blast! Stays the same week to week to make it easier to follow.
Pilates: Lower intensity class to target your core. Here, we will work on smaller muscles and functional training. Finished with 5-10 minutes of stretching.
Barre: Similar to Pilates but a bit more fun. Small, intrinsic muscles being worked in a music based class. This class repeats itself more often to get the most out of those minor muscles.
iMove: Dance Class! Have fun, dance, sweat and have a great workout all in one. This class stays the same to make it easier to follow.
Box & Blitz: This is another kickboxing class. Except more circuit style. You will get to punch and kick the bags as you move from station to station. Higher intensity with more recovery times scheduled in.
Beginner Yoga: Not Flexible? Have little balance? That's okay! You can still do yoga. This class is designed to introduce people to yoga who aren't yogis. Modifications for anything so you will get what is best for you!
Bootcamp: Same class as Body Blitz. The difference is that Bootcamp last a full hour.
Saturday Swap: Saturday Classes switch every week. It can be a Cardio Kickboxing, iMove, Kettlebell Class, Flex and Roll Recovery, or Box & Blitz.
